Toro Power Shovel – King of Electric Snow Shovels
No CommentsDiscover How the Toro Power Shovel Will Save You From Back Breaking Snow ShovelingA snowed-in driveway is one of those hassles that comes with the winter, and worst of all, it takes time and energy to clear it every time there’s a snowfall. There are some storms, and some places, where the snowfall is so substantial that it becomes unmanageable to clear it with a simple shovel. Even if you don’t live in one of those areas with oppressive amounts of snow, there is nothing wrong with wanting a bit of help for those inevitable snow clearing sessions. The Toro Power Shovel is a great buy for anyone who wants to spend time on things other than clearing snow off of the ground.
If you have cleared snow with a shovel, you already know how tedious it is. You might liken it to cutting your grass with a pair of scissors: it’s slow, impractical, and imprecise. You wouldn’t dream of going back to mowing your lawn with something like that, so why would you allow yourself to suffer through a long session of clearing the driveway, deck, and porch with a shovel? The Toro Power Shovel is just that: a power shovel. Instead of worrying about hours of backbreaking work clearing the driveway, porch, deck, sidewalk, etc. in the event of a snowfall, you can simply go out there with your Power Shovel and get the job done in a matter of minutes. Not only is the job done, it’s done well–that means you will get consistently impressive results.
The Power Shovel can toss snow up to 20 feet. For something so compact and lightweight, that is a pretty cool feat of engineering. Imagine trying to repeatedly throw a shovelful of snow 20 feet with your shovel. The difference between an average shovel and the Toro Power Shovel is staggering. You can literally just walk down the driveway with your Power Shovel and watch as it is cleared. The Power Shovel can fling up to 300 pounds of snow per minute! That means, if you have a large 50-foot by 20-foot driveway and a moderate four inches of snow, you can clear the whole thing in about 20 minutes.
In terms of choosing the right kind of snow clearing tool, the Power Shovel has a distinct advantage over other types of electric power shovels and snowblowers. As an electric, it doesn’t have quite the same oomph that a gas blower might, but it has its own compelling features, like a lightweight frame, the ability to work in tight spaces, and more. It’s also cost-effective found at bargain prices, not least because you can buy it without worrying about the cost and hassle of frequent maintenance. There is nothing more frustrating than having a huge driveway full of snow to clear, pulling the cord on your gas blower, and listening to it stutter and fail to start. With the electric Power Shovel, you can enjoy reliability and ease when starting it, even on the coldest day.
You can dig it out of the garage whenever you need it, but not worry about it having trouble starting when you really need it. Another plus is the fact that it is environmentally friendly. It doesn’t require gas or oil, and for the amount of power it packs into such a small space, it is a very economical tool. The biggest issue with the Toro Power Shovel is that it’s not meant for snow much deeper than seven inches, so you might go for a more powerful Toro snowblower if you are going to have that kind of snowfall. Other than that, you can’t go wrong with the Toro Power Shovel.
